On 27th of February 2016, PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) of Sam Tet had their 43th annual meeting at Brother John Moh Hall from 8.00am. The meeting was started with a speech by the chairman (2015/2016) of PTA of Sam Tet, Mr. Yap Kim Pong. Presentation and the approving of minutes of 42th annual meeting of PTA of Sam Tet were then carried out. After that, the activities held from 2015 to 2016 were reported and approved. Reports of treasurer were done in the same way too. The dissolution of committees (2015/2016) of PTA of Sam Tet was conducted after the reports of treasurer has been revealed and approved. They were given souvenirs as appreciations of their efforts to the SMJK Sam Tet. It was followed by the election of temporary chairman and secretary of PTA of Sam Tet for years 2016 to 2017. Mr. Samsul Bahami bin. A Hamidi was elected to be the temporary chairman of PTA of Sam Tet. He then conducted the election of the committees of the board. Subsequently, the collection of additional fees in2016 and affairs were presented. Finally, the meeting was ended with the speech by the principal of SMJK Sam Tet, Mr. Lau Swee Mun.

于2016年2月27日 （星期六）上午8时正，三德中学在穆文常礼堂举行了第四十三届家教协会年度长年大会。首先，2015年至2016年度家教协会主席，叶金镑先生为大会致开 幕词。接着，大会复准第四十二届常年大会会议记录。然后，大会接纳及通过2015年至2016年度会务及财政报告。过后，2015年至2016年度家教协会理事会便解散。大会也赠送纪念品予理事们以示感激他们对本校所作出的贡献。临时主席及秘书也便委任。很荣幸地， Samsul Bahami bin. A Hamidi成为了临时主席。过后，他主持临选2016年至2017年新届理事仪式。接下来，大会接纳及通过2016学年收费。案件也随之提议及讨论。最 后，我校卓越校长，刘瑞文校长致闭幕词。

Pada 27 Februari 2016, SMJK Sam Tet telah mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung PIBG Kali Ke-43 di Dewan Brother John Moh pada pukul 8 pagi. Majlis dimulakan dengan ucapan daripada pengerusi (2015/2016) PIBG SMJK Sam Tet, En. Yap Kim Pong. Seterusnya, majlis pembentangan dan pengesahan Minit Mesyuarat Agung Kali Ke-42 dan laporan aktiviti tahunan 2015/2016 dilaksanakan. Selepas itu barisan AJK PIBG 2015/2016 dibubarkan. AJK PIBG dihadiahkan cenderamati sebagai tanda kesyukuran ke atas sumbangan mereka terhadap sekolah kita. Pengerusi dan setiausaha sementara juga dilantikan. En. Samsul Bahami bin. A Hamidi telah dipilih untuk menjadi pengeusi sementara. Tambahan pula, majlis pemilihan ahli jawatankuasa 2016/2017 dijalankan. Selanjutnya, bayaran tambahan bagi tahun 2016 dan usul-usul yang diterima juga dibentang. Akhir sekali, majlis ditamatkan dengan ucapan daripada pengetua SMJK Sam Tet, En. Lau Swee Mun.
