Four events at the time of writing this report are running simulteneously ini SMJK Hua Lian Taiping.  They are the Parents' Day, The Co-curiculum Day, The Co-op's Day and the Canteen day.  The event was officiated by the Chairman of the PTA and follow by a tree planting session.  Parents who have flocked to the school to take their children's report cards and to have discussion with the form teachers were amazed at the sight when they were greeted with food stalls, a sale promotion in the Co-op shop, and an co-curicular activities exhibition in the hall.
