We would like to announce that Perridot will be conducting iSchool Blogs upgrade exercise to the new WP V2.9. The new version contains major functionality and feature enhancement to the blog admin panel. Some of the new features includes easier video embeds that allow you to just paste an URL directly into your contents. Build-in image editor allows you to crop, edit, rotate, flip and scale your images directly from the site without using external image editor. The Global undo/”trash” feature, where deleting posts or comments would no longer delete them forever, but instead being placed in Trash folder. So if you accidentally delete a post you can undelete it from the Trash folder.

The upgrading exercise is schedule below:

Please take note that the SMJK Blog sites will be not available during the scheduled time. We will ensure that the upgrading would not affect your existing blog content; none of your existing content shall be lost due to the upgrading.
