恒中运动组别分为五队，即红队、黄队、蓝队、青队及紫队。其宗旨是通过严格的运动训练培育杰出的运动员，让他们发挥实力挑战极限，达致五育中的“体”育目标。

 

Heng Ee High School Sports Houses consist of 5 houses, namely Red House, Yellow House, Blue House, Green House, and Purple House. The purpose of the Sports Houses are to nurture outstanding sports athletes through rigorous training, allowing them to achieve their full potential and challenge their limits.
