Thursday, Feb. 26 - SMJK Sam Tet, Ipoh showed the nation that it can produce excellent results in the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) again.
One student scored 5As and 31 students scored 4As. With this achievement, our school once again was top in the country. It was a momentous
occasion with reporters and cameramen trying to get a story and students cheering loudly of their recent success.
Our principal, Mr.Loh Ghee Juan was in Kuala Lumpur to receive the award on behalf of the school. News reporters were able to reach him
for comments. He said,
"We have been among the top schools for many years and have emerged as the best school many times before. This is all thanks to the students and teachers who have worked very hard, Come to my school at any time of the day and there will be students hard at work. They are a dedicated lot."
