Greetings from IMU Virtual Science Discovery Challenge 2021 Organizing Committee!Hope you are doing great there!

Good day! I’m Yeong Ginn here. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing in to you today to share with you the return of IMU Virtual Science Discovery Challenge for the 7^th time, an annual national level quiz format competition which focuses on the area of life sciences and with cash prizes worth up to RM13,500.00!All participations for students are FREE.

We are glad to have witnessed the competition between your students and other schools, and they stood out and managed to get into Grand Finale in the past years! We hope in this year, more of them will be able to compete in the Grand Finale round as well! The competition is also supported by ourMinistry of Education, every participant will be getting aE-Certificate endorsed by Ministry of Educationafter the competition ended, which will be useful for student in the future.

I hereby sincerely invite your institution students to join this challenge under theSchool Category &Pre-University Category.

School Level      - Form 4 & 5 Science Student

Pre-Uni Level    - Form 6 Science Student

For IMU SDC 2021, the challenge consists of 2 phases.

Phase 1               : Preliminary Round (Online Quiz, 1 June – 8 August 2021, Register at https://imu.edu.my/discovery) 

Phase 2               : Grand Finale (Online,21 August 2021)

Due to pandemic, this year competition will still be fully ONLINE and on INDIVIDUAL basis. We are not able to carry offline finale in IMU campus, with the experience of various workshops and engagement activities. However, we hope these two ONLINE rounds of competition, will also bring some challenges and fun for your students to learn from.
