The school is very delighted to welcome our honourable guests; Mr Eji Takahashi and his staff from JFF Corporation.  They are officials from the Consulate General of Japan, who are here together with the performers from Japan, in conjunction with the most anticipated Japanese cultural festival, Penang Bon Odori Festival 2017.   

The esteemed guests were here to showcase two awesome performances, the “Harp with Lion Dance Performance” by Kinjo-Ryu-Taisho-Koto group and “Yosakoi Dance by DDM Company”.    In return, our students presented “The Malay Dance” and “The Chinese Kung Fu”. 

In her speech, our principal, Ms Lim Lay Hong expressed her view that this cultural exchange event would enable the people of the two nations, especially the young ones, to better appreciate the beauty of our cultural differences particularly the performing arts.  As such, she sincerely hoped that the visit would not only promote but also enhance the continuous cultural exchange efforts between the nations.
