本校于2023年3月25日举办了一年一度的课外活动日。在活动过程中，各个学会的代表们为新生与家长详细讲解学会的运作与活动。在这课外活动日，各团体的委员们展示了高效的沟通技巧和团队精神，为各自的团队，锦上添花。新生们也能够知道加入课外活动的好处，例如可以帮助维持健康的生活方式，增强体质，减轻压力等等。此外，中一新生们可以与其他人建立关系，培养友谊，提高沟通和协作技能，帮助接触新的兴趣领域，学到新知识，丰富自己的经验，并且参与与职业目标相关的活动可以为未来的职业发展提供有利条件。通过体验本次活动，新生们能更了解各个课外活动，明智地选择自己所喜爱的学会，凭着自己的兴趣，发挥自己的优势，提高自己的自信心，为自己的中学生活填上一笔色彩。

     Our school held its annual extracurricular activity day on March 25, 2023. During the event, representatives of each society explained in detail the operation and activities of the society to freshmen and parents. During this day of extracurricular activities, the committee members of each group demonstrated efficient communication skills and team spirit, adding to the icing on the cake for their respective teams. Freshmen can also learn about the benefits of joining extracurricular activities, such as helping to maintain a healthy lifestyle, improving physical fitness, reducing stress, and more. In addition, S1 freshmen can build relationships with others, develop friendships, improve communication and collaboration skills, help them get in touch with new areas of interest, learn new knowledge, enrich their own experience, and participate in activities related to career goals that can provide future Favorable conditions for career development. By experiencing this activity, freshmen can learn more about various extracurricular activities, choose their favorite colleges wisely, use their own interests, give full play to their advantages, improve their self-confidence, and make a contribution to their middle school life colour.
