本年度学长团常年大会于2023年4月15日召开。此常年大会主要是回顾过去一年所获得的成就，讨论一些重要事项，并向所有学长介绍新一届委员会的成员。通过此活动，学长们都可以互相认识对方并与对方建立良好的友谊，甚至是加强彼此间的信任及团结合作的精神。常年大会由本校刘咏绮总学长及廖思涵副总学长主持，她们在开幕致辞中强调了常年大会对维持学校纪律和培养学生会成员领导力的重要性。她们相信通过学长自身的纪律性可以成为学生们的一个榜样，让学生们都能变得自律自立。不仅如此，庄福柔校长在言辞中突出了学长团对学校过去一年的成就。她希望学长团能够再接再厉，成为学生们共同学习的好榜样，为校争光。再者，学生事务副校长，朱矜页女士也称赞了学长们在各种项目和活动中的奉献，同时也对学长团走向更好的未来提出了建议。此外，新一届委员会成员也相信成员们做了自我介绍，让大家都能够建立友谊，并能在接下来的日子一起努力合作。委员们在这一天正式胜任，这代表了他们将在这一年里在各自的岗位上各司其职，只为学校做出贡献，为校服务。最后，学长们誓要以身作则，树立优良校风，维持学校秩序，领导全体同学，与学校密切合作，执行学校所交办之任务。

     The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Board of Prefects was held on 15 April 2023. This annual general meeting is mainly to review the achievements of the past year, discuss some important issues, and introduce new committee members who will play a crucial role in the upcoming year. Through this activity, the prefects can get to know each other and establish a good friendship with each other, and even strengthen mutual trust and the spirit of unity and cooperation. The annual general meeting was presided over by the head prefect, Lau Yong Qi and deputy head prefect, Liow Shi Han. In their opening speeches, they emphasized the significance of the annual general meeting in maintaining school discipline and fostering the leadership among the prefects. They believe that through the discipline of the prefect themselves, they can become a role model for the students, so that the students can become self-disciplined and self-reliant. Not only that, the principal, Chong Fook Yu delivered an inspiring talk, highlighting the achievements of the Board of Prefects to the school in the past year. She hopes that the prefects can continue to work hard, become a role model for students to learn together, and win glory for the school. Furthermore, Madam Chu Kim Yeap, the PK HEM also praised the dedication of the prefects in various projects and activities, and also provided some suggestions to secure a passport to a brighter future for the Board of Prefects. The AGM marked the introduction of the new committee members for the upcoming year. This way, every prefect can build friendships and cooperate together in the future. On this day, the committee members officially take up their positions and will fulfill their respective duties in their roles throughout this year and contribute to and serve the school. Lastly, the prefects pledge to lead by example, establish a positive school culture, maintain school order, guide all fellow students, collaborate closely with the school and carry out the tasks entrusted by the school.
