本校图书馆于2023年5月13日举办了大扫除。此次活动的目的是为了培养图书管理员彼此之间的团结感，责任感，提供教育资源，促进阅读文化，并创建一个干净舒适的学习和知识共享的公共空间。当天早上，图书馆管理员们准时在我校图书馆集合以便活动能准时进行。图书管理员们被分成几组队伍，互相帮助，团结友爱以提高办事效率。第一组的管理员们清洁了柜台里的打印机，图书馆里的电脑及表层所堆积的灰尘，以方便学生们使用。接着，第二组的管理员们清理储藏室和图书馆外的楼梯，确保外表没有灰尘，保证图书馆内外的整洁。再者，第三组管理员们清理存放杂志的区域，整理杂志架上的杂志，让学生们能够一目了然看到自己感兴趣的杂志并阅读。最后，第四组的管理员们则负责清理空调内部的灰尘，确保空气质量良好，学生都能够舒适地阅读书籍。各组管理员们分工合作，认真完成各项任务，确保图书馆的环境变得更加整洁和宜人。本次图书馆大扫除活动体现了管理员们的团结合作精神，也彰显了共同努力所带来的积极影响。通过共同的努力，她们不仅创造了一个更加舒适和有益的学习环境，还加强了图书馆的凝聚力。这次活动的成功为今后类似的活动树立了榜样，鼓励大家继续秉持合作共赢的态度，共同为图书馆的发展做出贡献。

     On 13 May 2023, our school library held a general cleaning. The purpose of this event is to foster a sense of solidarity among librarians, a sense of responsibility, provide educational resources, promote a reading culture, and create a clean and comfortable public space for learning and knowledge sharing. In the morning, the librarians gathered in our school library on time so that the activities could be successfully carried out. The librarians are then divided into several teams to help each other, and to improve work efficiency. The students of the first group cleaned the printers in the counter, the computers in the library and the dust accumulated on the surface, so that the students could use them. Then, the second group of students cleaned the storage room and the stairs outside the library to ensure that there was no dust on the outside and keep the library clean and tidy. Furthermore, the third group of students cleaned up the area where the magazines were stored, organized the magazines on the magazine racks, so that students could see and read the magazines they were interested in at a glance. Finally, the students of the fourth group were responsible for cleaning the dust inside the air conditioner to ensure that the air quality is good and students can read books comfortably. The students in each group worked together in a division of labor and earnestly completed various tasks to ensure that the environment of the library became more tidy and pleasant. This library cleaning activity embodies the spirit of unity and cooperation among the administrators, and also highlights the positive impact of joint efforts. By working together, they not only created a more comfortable and conducive learning environment, but also strengthened the cohesiveness of the library. The success of this event has set an example for similar events in the future, and we encourage everyone to continue to uphold the attitude of cooperation and continue to make contributions to the development of the library together.
