本校课外活动纠察团于2023年5月17日至2023年5月19日在本校大礼堂举办了管理训练营。此次活动是以讲座和评估的方式进行，目的则是为了让各个制服团体，学会和服务团体的执委了解身为主席，秘书及财政的工作并确保她们可以在各自的岗位胜任自己的工作。

     管理训练营的第一天是讲解关于主席的工作，第二天是关于秘书的工作，第三天则是关于财政的工作。三天的训练营分别由5位课外活动纠察员为大家进行讲解。所有出席的执委都必须参与1个小时15分钟的评估。每一天的训练营开始前10分钟，许慧萍老师都会给予简短致辞并叮嘱大家用心听讲并为训练营拉开序幕。课外活动纠察团的成员自信满满地站在台上仔细地向执委们介绍执委的基本工作。讲解结束后，课外活动纠察员给与大家时间发问问题。待到发问环节结束，课外活动纠察团的成员给了大家15分钟复习关于自己的职位所需要做的工作。复习时间结束后，他们才把考卷派给每个执委，评估在课外活动纠察团的主席的指示下开始。正当所有人都抓紧时间，奋笔疾书，有几位课外活动纠察员在礼堂里来回巡逻以确保没有人作弊。评估结束后，所有人都陆续回家了。课外活动纠察团的成员则在确保所有电源已关并且没有遗漏任何物品后，就离开校园了。此次训练营不仅有效地帮助了各个团体的执委了解自己的工作，也得到了一些工作中指南，从而不容易在工作时出错。

     From May 17 to May 19, 2023, cocurricular prefects organized a Management Training Camp in the school hall. This activity is carried out in the form of lectures and assessments. The goal of this camp is to let the executive committee of various uniform groups, clubs and societies and service groups have a better understanding of the responsibilities of being a chairman, secretary, and treasurer and to make sure they are capable of carrying out their duties in their respective roles. 

     The chairman's job is covered on the first day of the management training camp, the secretary's job is covered on the second day, and the treasurer's job is covered on the third day. Five cocurricular prefects delivered presentations throughout the three-day training session. All executive committee members in attendance must complete a 1-hour and 15-minutes assessment after the presentations. Ms Khor Whei Peng delivered a brief speech 10 minutes before the start of each training camp day, to advise everyone to pay close attention, and then begin the session. Standing tall and confident on stage, the co curricular prefects introduced the executive committee members to the fundamental tasks of the executive committee. The cocurricular prefects provided everyone with a chance to ask questions after the talk. The co curricular prefects gave everyone 15 minutes to go through what they needed to accomplish for their roles after the Q&A session. The chairman of the cocurricular prefects directs the distribution of exam papers to each executive committee following the end of review time, and assessment then starts. While everyone was rushing to finish their papers, a few cocurricular prefects patrolled the school hall to make sure no one was cheating. Following the evaluation, everyone left individually to leave for home. Cocurricular prefects who had checked that all power had been turned off and that nothing was missing left the school. The executive committee members of each group received helpful information from this training camp in understanding their own work as well as some work advice to help them avoid mistakes at work.
