我校电脑数据处理团 (UPDK) 于2023年5月25日在电脑室B和电脑室D举行了大扫除。此活动的目的是维护和维持我校的电脑室的整洁。此活动汇集了服务团队的成员，以团结和合作的精神共同参与，培养成员的社区意识及团队合作精神。不仅如此，此次活动的主要目标是在电脑室B和电脑室D内创造一个更清洁和更有利于学习的环境。活动当天，成员们准时抵达电脑室，并开展了工作。她们被分成小组，而每个小组被分配了具体的任务，其中包括了擦拭和清洁计算机屏幕、键盘和鼠标设备、擦拭桌子，椅子和其他表面、清洁窗户，以确保良好的通风和清洁旧但可用的计算机零件，并将其储存以备将来使用。在整个活动过程中，成员们勤奋工作，表现出热情和奉献精神。实验室逐渐变得更加整洁，电缆被整齐地组织，整体混乱得到显著减少。在所有成员的共同努力下，电脑室变得焕然一新，变得更加有序和宜人。总的来说，此次活动非常的顺利且成功，使得学习环境更加清洁，让学生们都能够在舒适的环境下学习。此次活动不仅实现了其目标，还突显了社区参与和集体努力在维护共享空间方面的重要性。希望所有电脑室使用者都能够一起保护电脑室的整洁，以便未来的新生们能够在电脑室学习新知识。

     UPDK held a general cleaning in Computer Lab B and Computer Lab D on 25 May 2023. The purpose of this activity is to maintain and maintain the cleanliness of our school's computer lab. This activity brings together members of the service team to participate in a spirit of solidarity and cooperation, cultivating members' sense of community and teamwork. Not only that, but the main goal of this campaign was to create a cleaner and more conducive environment for learning in Computer Lab B and Computer Lab D. On the day of the event, the members arrived at the computer lab on time and started working. They were divided into teams, and each team was assigned specific tasks, which included wiping and cleaning computer screens, keyboards and mouse devices, wiping down tables, chairs and other surfaces, cleaning windows to ensure good ventilation and cleaning old but available computer parts and storing them for future use. Throughout the event, the members worked diligently, showing enthusiasm and dedication. The lab gradually became cleaner, cables were neatly organized and overall clutter was significantly reduced. With the joint efforts of all members, the computer room has become more orderly and pleasant. Overall, the event was very smooth and successful, making the learning environment cleaner and allowing students to study in a comfortable environment. Not only did the event achieve its goals, it also highlighted the importance of community engagement and collective efforts in maintaining shared spaces. We hope that all computer lab users can work together to keep the computer lab clean, so that future freshmen can learn new knowledge in the computer lab.
