本校空手道学会于2023年5月27日照常进行每周的练习，此次练习是为了学习空手道技能，强身健体以及学习防身术。在整个训练中，每一位成员都认真且努力的练习，大家都精益求精，努力将每一个动作和细节都做好。学姐也极其耐心且和蔼可亲地纠正及指导学妹们。在炎热的早上，空手道的成员先在食堂集合并向秘书报道及点名。她们穿上洁白的道服及绑上属于各个成员各自考获代表各个等级，不同颜色的腰带。至于刚开始学习空手道的成员，方若娉学姐也都一一耐心教导新学员如何绑腰带。待跆拳道成员结束练习并离开体育馆后，空手道成员排队并有秩序的鱼贯进入体育馆，脱掉鞋袜，光着脚并按照各个等级排队，开始热身。完成热身后，会员们会根据各自的等级，并开始练习各个级别的套拳和对打技术。为了加强成员们的体能，学姐们会安排体能训练比如：俯卧撑，蛙跳，仰卧起坐等。每位成员都十分认真且努力的练习，以至于每一次练习结束时成员们的道服都被努力的汗水浸湿了。最后，结束时大家都满意且开心的离开，因为大家都度过了非常充实的上午。

     On 27 May 2023, the school's Karate Club carried out its weekly practice as usual. This practice was conducted to learn karate skills, improve physical fitness, and learn self-defence techniques. Throughout the training session, every member practised diligently and put in their best effort. Everyone aimed for excellence, focusing on perfecting each movement and detail. Senior members patiently and kindly corrected and guided the junior members. On a hot morning, the karate club members reported their names to the secretary for attendance in the cafeteria. They put on white uniforms and tied on belts of different colours, representing their respective ranks and achievements. For those who were just starting to learn karate, Senior Ph’ng Lebin patiently taught each new member how to tie their belts. After the Taekwondo members finished their practice and left the gym, the karate club members lined up and orderly entered the gym. They took off their shoes and socks, stood barefoot, and lined up according to their ranks, starting with warm-up exercises. Once warmed up, the members practised their forms and sparring techniques according to their levels. To enhance their physical fitness, senior members arranged exercises such as push-ups, frog jumps, and sit-ups. Every member practised earnestly and diligently, to the point that their uniforms were soaked with sweat by the end of each practice. Finally, as the session concluded, everyone left content and happy, as they had spent a fulfilling morning together.
