本校武术团每周六都会进行武术练习以培养更多优秀的武者。值得一提的是武术乃我们传承中华文化的其中一个方式,同时可以培养一个人的方向感以及吃苦耐劳的能力。不仅如此,武术能够增进个人的协调性发展如自身的身体控制与平衡,灵活性与柔韧性及反应速度。除此之外,武术不仅能培养出尊师重道,尚武崇得的品质,还可以强身健体及在遇到危险时能够自我防卫。武术的训练对于学生大有益处因为它讲究身法、步伐、眼法的一致和协调。
我校武术团会在每周六7时30分准时开课,而首当其冲的便是热身运动。这是因为热身运动可以有效的帮助身体增加核心温度,使肌肉更松弛更灵活。之后,成员们会分组进行各种武术套路,例如三路拳、长拳、南拳等。再者,成员们也会使用各种武术器械来完成招式,例如刀、枪、剑、棍等。每次的练习都是由教练手把手地指导,确保所有的动作都是准确无误。成员之间也会互帮互助,每当做错动作时,她们都会互相鼓励和叮嘱。

Martial arts training is very beneficial to students because it pays attention to the consistency and coordination of body, step, and eye movements.
The martial arts troupe of our school starts classes on time at 7:30 every Saturday, and the first thing activit is the warm-up exercise. This is because warming up can effectively help the body increase its core temperature and make muscles more relaxed and flexible. Afterwards, the members will perform various martial arts routines in groups, such as Sanluquan, Changquan, Nanquan, and others. Furthermore, the members will also use various martial arts equipment to complete the moves, such as knives, guns, swords, sticks, and others. Every practice is guided by the coach hand in hand patiently to ensure that all movements are accurate. The members will also help each other, and whenever they make mistakes, they will encourage and give advice to each other.
