本校学长团于2023年5月29日举办了一日激励营。此次聚集在一起的目的是为了培养学长的领导能力、团队合作精神，并拓展她们每个人不可思议的潜力。在整个训练营中，她们直面挑战，越战越勇，只为了证明领导力是无止境的！

     在美丽的早晨，学长们在我校新馆集合并依照次序排队以方便总学长及副总学长为学长们点名。纪律主任吴宝珍老师致辞并为营会拉开序幕。在演讲中，她强调了激励营的重要性并希望在学长团的带领下，我校可以更上一层楼，营造优良的校风。在此次学长团激励营中，学长们进行了“突击检查”考核，案例研究及团队竞技游戏。所进行的项目都是为了提升学长们的观察能力，随机应变能力，团队合作能力和沟通技能。通过与其他学长合作及积极分析各种情况，学长们展示了批判性思维和解决问题的能力，制定最有效的解决方案，应对复杂的挑战并引导团队，也学会了如何进行有效的沟通。在颁奖礼环节中，通过颁发小礼物以表彰在学长团激励营中表现出色的学长并肯定她们的努力和付出。这也成功鼓励了其他学长们能够继续努力，积极为学长团的发展做出贡献。最后，全部学长们一起拍了一张大合照，以作纪念。

     On 29 May 2023, the Board of Prefects organized the First Motivation Camp of the year. The purpose of the camp is to develop leadership skills, teamwork, and expand the incredible potential within each of them. Throughout this camp, they've risen to the challenge, proving that leadership knows no bounds. 

     On the beautiful morning, all prefects gathered at the new pavilion and lined up in order so that the head prefect and the deputy head prefect could take their attendance. After that, the head discipline teacher, Mrs Goh Poh Cheng delivered a speech and emphasized the importance of the motivational camp and hoped that under the leadership of the prefect, our school can go to a higher level and create a good school spirit. In the one day camp, prefects conducted a spot check activity, case study activity and station game. The activities carried out are all aimed at improving the observation ability, adaptability, teamwork ability and communication skills. By collaborating with other prefects and actively analyzing situations, the prefects showed their critical thinking problem solving skills, devise the most effective solutions, navigated complex challenges, led teams and learned how to communicate effectively with students. In addition, during the awards ceremony, small gifts were awarded to the prefect who performed well in the camp and affirmed their efforts and dedication. This has also successfully encouraged the prefects to work harder and actively contribute to the development of the prefect group. Finally, all the prefects took a group photo at the end of the camp.
