本校男少年军于2023年6月10日在E304至E307课室举办了体能训练活动。此次活动举办的目的是为了提高每一位成员的体能，从中也增进了成员之间的团结能力。是培养他们的身体素质和体能水平，以提升身体健康、耐力、力量和灵活性。此外，体能训练也可以培养他们的团队合作精神、纪律性和自律能力，为未来的军事或其他挑战性任务做好准备。在这个美好的早晨，所有成员都在学校亭集合，并按照预先分配的队伍排队。 每个队伍由一名队长和一名副队长带领。 点完名后，全体成员起立，并在副会长的带领下，唱起了男少年军的团歌。 随后，主席和副主席向大家介绍了营地的规则和目标。 完成简单地讲解和报告后，所有成员都开始了一系列具有挑战性的训练。这些训练旨在增强骨骼和肌肉，并提高进行日常活动的能力。 训练期间还进行了俯卧撑、仰卧起坐等多种活动。 每个队员都用尽了全身的力气完成了整套的体能训练，在训练中也展现了她们非凡的团队合作精神。活动结束前，每个成员都参加了清理学校体育场的大扫除活动。 随后，各队队长带领成员分享了参与体能训练的心得。 此次体能训练活动促进了男少年军每个成员之间更紧密的联系，也让每一位成员充满活力地度过一天。

     On the 10th of June 2023, Boy’s Brigade orchestrated a physical training activity for all members. This activity aimed to improve the physical strength of every member in the club. The physical training activity was held at Classroom E304 to Classroom E307. On that morning, all members assembled at the school pavilion, standing in line according to their pre-assigned squads. Each squad was led by a squad leader and an assistant. Attendance was taken by their squad leaders and assistant. After that, every member stood up straight and sang the “Anchor Song '' which was led by the vice president. President and vice president then proceeded to brief everyone on the training rules and objectives. Upon completing their briefing, all members changed into their PJK tees and embarked on a multitude of challenging training. These training sessions were designed to strengthen bones and muscles and to improve energy for daily activities. There were push ups, duck walk, jump squad and many more activities carried out during the training. Every member used up all their strength to complete the whole set of physical training. Their exceptional teamwork shone through when each squad vying to be the first to complete the training. Before calling it a day, every member took part in the gotong-royong activity to clean the school’s stadium. Squad leaders then led their squad to share their opinions about the whole physical training. This physical training activity indeed fostered closer ties among each member in Boy’s Brigade and helped each member to become energetic throughout the day.
