本校圣约翰救伤队于2023年6月24日举行了一场迎新会。迎新会当天，筹委会成员早早就到学校开始了准备工作。大约7正，表演者进行一次正式彩排以呈现精彩的表演，而其他工委则在布置现场。7时30分，筹委们让所有成员在外面排队点名后，才让他们有次序的进入现场。不久后，随着顾问老师的到来，仪式也正式开始了。主持人穿着连帽衫和牛仔裤，随着音乐入场。首先，顾问老师和陈佳昕，筹委会主席上台致辞，并一起主持了开幕仪式。随后，主持人也为大家介绍了今年的迎新会主题羽曜，代表着每个人都好比美玉, 拥有属于自己独特的才华, 所以不应浪费自己美好青春年华，应该在适当时机, 抓住机遇, 才能展翅飞翔, 使自己更加明亮耀眼。接着，中四的同学为大家表演了一首节奏感十足的舞蹈《Levitating》。过后，中三和中二的同学也相继为大家带来了她们的表演，佳雯同学演唱《玫瑰少年》、芷仪带来了动感十足的舞蹈串烧和颖婕同学弹奏古筝。最后，中五的佳鑫和名钰同学也为带了舞蹈表演而中四的慧雯、彦霖、紫衫和育欣同学则带来压轴表演，演唱《Love Story》，让全场都沸腾了起来。看完精彩的表演后，她们也进入了游戏环节，让每一位成员根据组别用报纸设计衣服后派一个人穿着衣服走服装秀，并由评委打分。每一位成员都因为游戏变得熟络起来，气氛十分热闹。接下来，她们举办了颁奖典礼，颁发的奖项有最佳表演、最佳服装和最美设计服装。最后，她们唱了她们今年的主题曲，分别是《Left and Right》和《如果可以》，由于都是耳熟能详的歌，所以全场都一起大合唱，现场的氛围好不热闹。至此，她们今年的迎新会也圆满结束了。

     Our school's St. John's Ambulance Brigade held an orientation meeting on June 24, 2023. On the day of the orientation meeting, members of the organizing committee arrived at the school early to start preparations. At about 7 o'clock, the performers go through a formal rehearsal for a great performance, while other working committee members were setting up the scene. At 7:30, organizing committee members asked all the members to line up outside for roll call, and then we allowed them to enter the venue in an orderly manner.  After that, with the arrival of the consultant teacher, the ceremony officially began. The host wore a hoodie and jeans and entered to the music. First of all, the consultant teacher and the chairman of the organizing committee, Chin Jia Xin, came to the stage to deliver speeches and presided over the opening ceremony together. Later, the host also introduced the theme of this year's orientation meeting, 羽曜, which represents that everyone is like a beautiful jade, with their own unique talents, so you should not waste your beautiful youth, but should seize the opportunity at the appropriate time. Only then can you spread your wings and fly, making yourself brighter and more dazzling. Then, the form 4 students performed a rhythmic dance "Levitating" for everyone.  Afterwards, students from form 3 and form 2 also brought their performances to everyone. Jia Wen sang "玫瑰少年", Zhi Yi brought a dynamic dance medley and Ying Jie played Chinese Zither. In the end, Jia Xin and Ming Yu from form 4 also brought a dance performance, while Hui Wen, Yan Lin, Zi Shan and Yu Xin from form 4 brought a finale performance, singing "Love Story", which made the audience excited. After watching the wonderful performance, they also entered the game session, let each member design clothes with newspapers according to the group, and then send a person to wear the clothes to the fashion show, and the judges will score. Every member became familiar with the game and the atmosphere was very lively. Next, they held an awards ceremony where awards were given for best performance, best costumes and most beautifully designed costume.  Finally, they sang their theme songs for this year, which are "Left and Right" and "Red Scarf". Since they are both familiar songs, the whole audience sang in chorus together, and the atmosphere was very lively.  At this point,their orientation meeting this year has come to a successful conclusion.
