本校英式篮球学会于2023年7月10日和2023年7月11日参加了一年一度的学联赛。参加此学联赛的目的是为了提高球员们的决断能力及团队意识。除此之外，球员们也学会了如何和队友更好的沟通及更有默契的配合，并和队友携手共进，拼尽全力突破更好的自己。早上8点左右，球员们在已毕业的学姐们监督下进行热身运动以增加身体的核心温度使肌肉更松弛和更灵活。比赛的工作人员为我们讲解比赛规则及安全通道以让我们具备应对突发事件的能力。学联赛创办人宣布精彩的学联赛正式开始。在与四间学校紧张刺激的对决后，本校U18和U15的队伍成功获得亚军。球员们为这无法预知，却确实来临的一切所激动不已，难以自持。一分耕耘，一分收获。一切的努力总算没有被辜负，每一滴汗水在这一刻都得到了回报。接着，球员们上台领奖时台下响起了雷鸣般的掌声，所有的努力都得到了认证。最后，大家一起拍了一张大合照以纪念这激动人心的时刻。

     The school's Netball Club participated in the annual school league on July 10, 2023 and July 11, 2023. The purpose of participating in this league is to improve the decision-making ability and team awareness of the players. In addition, the players also learned how to communicate better with their teammates and cooperate more tacitly, and work together with their teammates to break through a better version of themselves. Around 8 a.m., the players perform warm-up exercises under the supervision of graduated seniors to increase the body's core temperature and make the muscles more relaxed and flexible. The competition staff explained the rules and safe passage to help us cope with emergencies. The founder of the school league announces the official start of the wonderful school league. After an exciting showdown with four schools, the U18 and U15 teams were runners-up. The players were so excited by what was unpredictable but really coming.  A penny of hard work, a harvest. All efforts were finally not disappointed, and every drop of sweat was rewarded at this moment. Then, when the players took the stage to receive their awards, there was thunderous applause from the audience, and all efforts were recognized. Finally, everyone took a group photo together to commemorate this exciting moment.
