本校图书管理员团体于2023年8月5日为中二至中四的图书馆管理员举办了一场训练营。此次训练营的目的是为了让图书馆管理员们对图书馆内的各种工具和规则有更深入的了解,确保图书馆未来的管理收到保障。训练营于早上7时30分开始并持续到早上9时30分。活动期间，中五的学姐向图书馆管理员们介绍了图书馆的规则，紧接着她们向图书馆管理员们详细地解释了图书馆里各个工具的使用方法，以确保学生能够得到更好的服务及帮助。团员们通过分组活动的形式轮流倾听学姐的讲解以便所有管理员都熟悉图书馆的一切。她们认真地聆听，当遇到不明白的地方时她们会提出疑问而学姐们也会耐心给予解答。在训练营的结尾，中五的学姐尤其强调了图书馆管理员必须严格遵守图书馆的规则，唯有如此才能更好的管理图书馆，为学生树立好榜样。相信团员们通过这次训练营将对本校图书馆管理员团体有更深刻的理解，也相信她们将来能够担起图书管理员的责任为本校学生及老师提供更优质的服务。

     Our school librarian group organized a training camp for librarians from Form 2 to Form 4 on 5th August 2023. The purpose of this training camp is to let librarians have a deeper understanding of various tools and rules in the library, so as to ensure the future management of the library. Training camp starts at 7:30 am and runs until 9:30 am. During the activity, the senior girls from Form 5 introduced the rules of the library to the librarians, and then they explained to the librarians in detail how to use each tool in the library to ensure that students can get better services and assistance. The group members took turns to listen to the explanations of the senior sisters through group activities so that all administrators were familiar with everything in the library. They listen carefully, and when they encounter something they don't understand, they will ask questions and the seniors will patiently answer them. At the end of the training camp, the senior sisters of Form 5 especially emphasized that librarians must strictly abide by the rules of the library. Only in this way can they manage the library better and set a good example for students. I believe that through this training camp, the team members will have a deeper understanding of the school's librarian group, and also believe that they will be able to take on the responsibility of librarians in the future to provide better services for the students and teachers of the school.
