学生事务管理员执勤会议

    2023年8月7日下午2时,委员准时在学校会议室集合。此次的会议主要目的是讨论出新的执勤方案及规则,以确保我校的活动都能够顺利进行,也确保师生的安全受到保障。委员们和负责老师在会议开始前将开会资料归纳整理,以便待会的会议能够顺利进行。下午2时30分,全体会员在会议室里准时集合。副秘书点算出席率,以便记录当天的缺席会员。会议正式开始。所有会员针对新的执勤规则不约而同地踊跃发表意见,而委员们则负责将意见记下。经过一番讨论后,新的执勤规则落实,日后的都将采用新制度来执勤。

 

    At 2:00 pm on 7 August 2023, the committees gathered in the council chamber room on time. The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss new duty plans and rules to ensure that our school's activities can proceed smoothly and to ensure the safety of teachers and students. The committees and the teacher in charge sort out the meeting materials before it begins, so that the upcoming meeting can go smoothly. At 2:30 p.m., all members gathered in the council chamber room on time. The vice secretary takes attendance to record the absentee for the day. The meeting officially begins. All members actively express their opinions on the new duty rules, and the committees are responsible for recording their opinions. After some discussion, the new duty rules were implemented, and all future duties will adopt the new system to perform the duties.
