学联田径锦标赛是一项意义重大的田径比赛。此次比赛时长为6天，从2023年8月7日至2023年8月16日在槟城市立体育馆举行。田径队代表我校到加来歪区进行这项比赛。这场比赛显然对于本校的田径队来说非常重要，这是因为在这漫长的锻炼过程中，她们终于能有机会施展自己的运动天赋，在各个项目中展现自己的卓越竞技能力和毅力。在100米、200米、400米、800米和1500米等赛跑项目中，她们向大众展现了惊人的耐力和竞技能力，获得了一系列的金牌、银牌和铜牌，这不仅证明了她们在这些短跑和中跑项目中的出色表现，还反映出了他们刻苦训练的成果。众所周知，接力赛是团队合作的集大成，通过日复一日的配合训练，她们练就了一双飞毛腿，也展示了她们之间的高度默契和协作精神。再者，在跳高、跳远、跳栏、标枪投掷、铁饼投掷和铅球投掷等跳跃和投掷项目中，运动健儿们也展现了她们出色的技能和毅力，为我校争光。这场比赛不仅仅是体育竞技，还体现了队员们的自律和坚持不懈的努力。她们不仅是比赛的胜利者，更是克服了自己的困难和懈怠，付出了努力，为学校赢得了荣耀。总的来说，本次田径锦标赛是队员们辛勤训练和努力的结晶，也是学校骄傲的一刻。她们用自己的汗水和毅力诠释了体育精神和团队合作的重要性，为整个学校树立了好榜样。

     The MSSPP 2023 is a significant track and field competition. The event lasted for 6 days from August 7, 2023 to August 16, 2023 at the Stadium Bandaraya. The track and field team represented our school to Galle District for this competition. This competition is obviously very important for the school's track and field team, because during this long training process, they finally have the opportunity to display their athletic talents and demonstrate their excellent athletic ability and perseverance in various events. In the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m races, they showed the public amazing endurance and athletic ability, and won a series of gold, silver and bronze medals, which not only proved their ability in these races. The outstanding performance in the sprint and middle distance events also reflects the results of their hard training. As we all know, the relay race is a culmination of teamwork. Through day-to-day cooperative training, they have developed a pair of scud legs, which also demonstrated their high level of tacit understanding and cooperative spirit. Furthermore, in jumping and throwing events such as high jump, long jump, hurdle jump, javelin throw, discus throw and shot put throw, the athletes also showed their outstanding skills and perseverance, bringing glory to our school. This game is not only a sports competition, but also reflects the self-discipline and unremitting efforts of the players. They were not only the winners of the competition, but also overcame their own difficulties and slack, worked hard and won glory for the school. Generally speaking, this track and field championship is the crystallization of hard training and hard work of the players, and it is also a moment of pride for the school.
