女童军原始烹饪比赛

     在2023年8月19日,我校女童军们于早上8时30分到12时30分在校内篮球场举办了原始烹饪比赛。这场比赛的主要目的是为了训练女童军们的求生技能,合作精神以及耐心应对一切困难。不仅如此,这更是为了增进女童军们之间的关系。此项活动的目的更是希望透过这项比赛,能让所有的参赛者有机会切磋之余,也能交换烹饪心得,促进成员们彼此之间的感情。当天早上,全体女童军准时在小操场集合。经过高级女童军们(裁判)的一番讲解后,各个组别需准备一切所需的材料与用品。在设置好场地后,每个组别都将给予一盒火柴生火,并在现场准备至少八个菜色。各组组员也必须准备并使用由竹子制成的用具和锅具。此外,每个组别也必须准备一份菜单,预算单和提供给裁判的小礼物。干树叶与干树枝必须在一个星期前备好。在团队的完美运转下,所有组别得以轮流保持火候并烹饪食物。当所有菜品烹饪完毕,所有组员必须合作打扫并清理比赛场地及布置桌子以摆放所制作的菜品。之后,参赛者便可以开始向裁判介绍她们的菜品。裁判的评分标准是根据食物的味道,菜品设计方式,火候以及整洁度来定夺获胜者。在这项比赛中,所有组别都使出了全力以呈现最完美的菜品和表现,努力达到极高的水准。

 

     On August 19, 2023, the Girl Scouts of our school held an original cooking competition on the intramural basketball court from 8:30 am to 12:30 am. The main purpose of this competition is to train the Girl Scouts' survival skills, cooperative spirit and patience to deal with all difficulties. Not only that, but it's about building relationships among Girl Scouts. The purpose of this activity is to hope that through this competition, all the contestants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, exchange culinary experience, and promote the relationship between members. In the morning, all the Girl Scouts gathered in the small playground on time. After an explanation by the senior Girl Scouts (referees), each group needs to prepare all the required materials and supplies. After setting up the venue, each group will be given a box of matches to light a fire and prepare at least eight dishes on the spot. Each group must also prepare and use utensils and pots made of bamboo. In addition, each group must also prepare a menu, a budget and a small gift for the judges. Dry leaves and branches must be prepared a week in advance. With the perfect functioning of the team, all groups took turns keeping the fire warm and cooking the food. When all the dishes are cooked, all team members must cooperate to clean up and clear the competition area and set up the table to display the prepared dishes. Afterwards, the contestants can start introducing their dishes to the judges. The judges' scoring criteria are based on the taste of the food, the way the dishes are designed, the heat and the cleanliness to determine the winners. In this competition, all the groups have tried their best to present the most perfect dishes and performances, striving to reach a very high standard.
