本校男少年军于2023年8月19日在E304至E306课室举办了打结与搭帐篷活动。此次活动的目的是为了让每位成员学会打结与搭帐篷，从中增进成员之间的团结能力，培养他们实用的生存技能和团队合作能力。这些技能在野外生活、露营和军事训练等情境中非常有用，能够帮助他们建立自信、解决问题并有效地应对挑战。此外，学习如何打结和搭帐篷也可以增强他们的动手能力和创造力，为他们未来的冒险和户外活动打下坚实基础。在这个美好的早晨，所有成员都在学校亭集合，并按照预先分配的队伍排队。 每个队伍由一名队长和一名副队长带领。 点完名后，全体成员起立，并在副会长的带领下，唱起了男少年军的团歌。 随后，主席和副主席向大家介绍了营地的规则和目标。完成简报后，所有成员都换上 PJK T 恤，并逐队围成圆圈。 成员们被教导如何打多种结，如八字结、渔人结等等。 每个小组均由一名中五成员耐心带领和教导。 学会打结后，成员们被带到学校的小花园，用学到的结学习搭帐篷。 活动结束后，他们齐心协力地帮忙打扫小花园，让小花园变得干净，整洁。打扫完毕后，队长带领每位成员分享了对本次打结与搭帐篷活动的感想和看法。 最后，他们拍下大合照，活动也取得了圆满成功。

     Our school's Boys Brigade held a knot-tying and tent-building activity in classrooms E304 to E306 on August 19, 2023. The purpose of this activity is to let each member learn to tie knots and set up tents, thereby enhancing the unity among members and cultivating their practical survival skills and teamwork ability. These skills are useful in situations such as wilderness life, camping, and military training, helping them build self-confidence, solve problems, and deal with challenges effectively. In addition, learning how to tie a knot and pitch a tent can also enhance their hands-on ability and creativity, laying a solid foundation for their future adventures and outdoor activities. On this beautiful morning, all members assembled at the school pavilion and lined up in a pre-assigned line. Each team is led by a captain and a vice-captain. After the roll call, all the members stood up, and under the leadership of the vice president, they sang the group song of the Boys' Army. Afterwards, the chairman and vice-chairman introduced the rules and objectives of the camp. After the briefing, all members changed into PJK T-shirts and formed a circle, team by team. Members are taught how to tie various knots, such as the figure-of-eight knot, fisherman's knot, and more. Each group is patiently led and taught by a Form 5 member. After learning how to tie knots, the members were taken to the small garden of the school to learn how to build a tent with the knots they learned. After the event, they worked together to help clean the small garden, making the small garden clean and tidy. After cleaning, the team leader led each member to share their thoughts and opinions on this knot-tying and tent-building activity. In the end, they took a group photo and the event was a complete success.
