本校武术(IV)于2023年8月26日举办了校内武术比赛。所有成员都为了此次比赛而努力练习，只为展示自己最好的武术水平，不辜负教练的辛苦教导。此比赛的目的是为了发扬武术团优秀的一面，塑造他们的竞争意识，让她们能够互相学习，知道自己的不足而继续勤奋练习。除此之外，武术比赛也可以树立她们的自信心因为她们可以很好的直面比赛带来的紧张和恐惧。开场是由主席带领，并给予成员鼓励，武术团成员也以热烈的掌声开始这场比赛。此次比赛是以个人的方式来进行，参赛者分为两组，15岁以下（中一至中三）和18岁以下（中四至中五）。中一至中三的武术成员的比赛套路是三路拳的第一段和第二段而对于中四至中五的成员则是三路拳的第三段和第四段。为了保证比赛的公平，比赛的裁判是由来自鼎锋武馆的教练所担任。裁判会根据参赛者的动作质量和演练水平来进行打分，假设动作不规范则扣0.1--0.3分。比赛结束后，教练们也表示十分欣慰，因为他们可以明显的看到团员们的进步以及努力。团员们也感到十分有成就感毕竟她们练习了半年，这场比赛像是她们在武术团里的总结一样，最后她们依依不舍的告别此次比赛。

     On 26 August 2023, our school Wushu (IV) held an intramural Wushu competition. All members practiced hard for this competition, just to show their best martial arts level and live up to the hard teaching of the coach. The purpose of this competition is to carry forward the excellent side of the Wushu troupe, cultivate their sense of competition, so that they can learn from each other, know their own shortcomings and continue to practice diligently. In addition, martial arts competition can also build their self-confidence because they can face the tension and fear brought by the competition well. The opening was led by the chairman and encouraged the members. The members of the Wushu troupe also started the competition with warm applause. The competition is carried out in an individual way, and the contestants are divided into two groups, under the age of 15 (Form 1 to Form 3) and under 18 years of age (Form 4 to Form 5). Form 1 to Form 3 martial arts members' competition routine is the first and second sections of Sanluquan, while for Form 4 to Form 5 members it is the third and fourth sections of Sanluquan. In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, the referee of the competition is a coach from Dingfeng Martial Arts. The referee will score the contestants according to their movement quality and practice level. If the movements are not standardized, 0.1-0.3 points will be deducted. After the game, the coaches also expressed their satisfaction, because they could clearly see the progress and hard work of the team members. The team members also felt a sense of accomplishment. After all, they practiced for half a year. This competition was like a summary of their martial arts troupe. In the end, they reluctantly bid farewell to this competition.
