本校青年商会于2023年8月28日，中午8点至下午5点，在本校大礼堂举办2023年青年商会领袖营。此次活动目的是为了让所有成员都能够发现自我和探索技能发展，并培养参与者的团队合作精神，因为每个小组都具有来自5个不同学校的参与者。之后，由本校校长庄福柔女士上台致辞来为这场活动拉开序幕。随后则是本会主席和领袖营筹委会主席张欣怡致辞。所有成员都立正背诵JCI的信条，使命和愿景。活动开始，司仪欢迎了来自 PYDC的讲师为大家分享关于”领袖”的各种资讯。她与大家分享了成为一名优秀领导者的秘诀。分享的同时，她还邀请了几位成员分享他们对这个话题的看法。随后，司仪再次欢迎了来自JCI 的培训师继续活动的下半场。小组讨论进行时，成员们被分成几个不同的组。每组需要根据问题选出并向大家呈现他们认为最合适的三个答案。在接下来的游戏环节中，成员们对于如何成为一名优秀的领导者有了更深一层的了解也成功培养了他们成为领导者的潜力。活动结束后，成员们已经能够更好地认识自己的优势和劣势，并通过游戏和工作坊学习到了成为一名优秀的领导者和追随者需具备的特质，从而充分利用了假期的时间。

     On the 28th of August 2023, JJC club organized a Leadership Training Camp. This camp was organized to let all participants embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and skill development, as well as to equip members with the spirit of teamwork as every group includes participants from 5 different schools. Our activity started from 8-5am at the school hall. As an opening of the activity, opening remarks were made by the school headmistress,Miss Chong Fook Yu and was followed by the club president and the organising chairperson,Tiong Xin Yi. All participants were raised to recite the JCI creed, mission and vision. The activity followed by a Form 2 emcee, which welcomed the arrival of the speaker from PYDC for the first part of the training session. She shared the tips and characteristics for being a good leader precisely. She also invited a few participants to share their opinions about the topic. Subsequently,a JCI trainer is welcomed to continue to the next part of the training session. Group discussion is carried out. Members were parted into different groups. Every group were assigned to chose out and present three answers that they thought were the most suitable according to the questions .After that,participants learnt more about what brings to be a good leader,cultivate the potential to become a leader in all of them and also managed to foster good relationship between them through the following game session.Through the camp,participants are able to recognize better their strength and weaknesses and occupied their time beneficially by learning how to be a good leader and follower through games and workshop.
