每一年，每个社团都会为团员们重新介绍新的团规，新的委员会成员，只为了更快的让新团员了解并融入社团中。于2023年5月29日，二十四节令鼓的委员会也贴心地举办了年度股东大会，并耐心和温暖的迎接且解决新团员们的困惑。接着，当完成了介绍的工作，执委们也绝不浪费时间，利用这次机会对新团员们进行操步的基础教学。每一位新团员们虽对操步并不熟悉，但是都有纪律性地跟从学姐们的指导，一步一步地学习。每一种操步指令都努力的记下，不愧对学姐们细心的教导。一个社团之所以有纪律性，不仅仅因为社团的规章制度有条理，更是因为每一位学姐的榜样树立，以及每一位团员的良好自我约束能力。二十四节令鼓的表演者们之所以可以有条不絮地记下并完成表演中的每一个动作走位，靠的不只是个人潜力于才华，其中还包括纪律性，刻苦的精神，个人以及团队互相给予的能量，互相扶持着对方走向梦想的大舞台。

I tried my best to write down every instruction, which is worthy of the careful teaching of the seniors. The reason why a club is disciplined is not only because the rules and regulations of the club are organized, but also because of the example set by each senior and the good self-discipline ability of each member. The reason why the performers of the twenty-four seasonal drums can memorize and complete every movement in the performance in an orderly manner is not only due to their personal potential and talent, but also discipline, hard work, personal And the energy that the team gives to each other, supporting each other to move towards the big stage of their dreams.
