于2023年8月18日，学校举办了年度运动会，电脑数据处理团在当天将会值日以便用相机拍摄记录活动的每一瞬间。 在正式运动会之前，于2023年8月10日彩排，电脑数据处理团的值日生到现场采取角度，讨论正式运动会的分工，以便确保拍摄顺利，分工明确。运动会当天，每个学员各兼其职，团结认真地在岗位上进行拍摄。无论是草场上肆意奔跑的运动员，主持人老师们，观众们，各社团的幕后工作人员，跳高运动员，跳远运动员等等挥洒汗水以及热烈青春的瞬间都不会被电脑数据团的相机遗漏。她们总是默默地为全校学生留住回忆，只为了每一个人为学校付出的贡献能被看见。她们积极且热情，和时间赛跑，用相机抓住每一秒的画面。运动员，表演者的背后站着的是众多幕后工作人员，而电脑数据处理团则是站在众多幕后工作人员的背后，为他们记录着。在一场活动中，每一个环节的负责人都缺一不可，她们的角色虽渺小却重要。因为她们的拍照记录， 学校的重要时刻都不会被忽略。
