恒中资料室管理团是由三位老师带领一群学生所组成的服务团体。资料室主要是协助教师能以更生动，更活泼的教学方式把知识传授给学生。除此之外，管理团也协助校方管理资料室里的视听教材，教学资料以及教学用具。与此同时，会员们也负责保持资料室的整洁以提供更舒适的学习环境。
Heng Ee Audio Visual Room is managed by three dedicated teachers and a group of students. Its main aim is to provide a well-equipped, conducive teaching and learning environment with ICT for both teachers and students in order to make the lessons more fun and lively. On the other hand, it also aids in keeping and managing the ICT teaching materials and tools. The members of Heng Ee Audio Visual Room are responsible for the cleanliness daily to ensure a cozy teaching and learning environment for both teachers and students in school.
