The International Competitions for Schools organised by the Educational Testing Centre of the University of New South Wales, Australia (Science) held at SMJK Sin Min on 29 April 2003 saw 11 students scoring distinctions and 1 student scoring High Distinction while 20 others scored credits. Congratulations to all of them especially to Toe Wen Jun of class 4.0 scoring High Distinction while 11 others scoring distinctions were :
