2004 年12 月31 日， 是 新 民 国 中 新 生 复 准登 记 日。 父 母 亲 携 带 儿 女 到 校 登 记， 情 况 非 常 热 闹。 当 天 出 席 的 贵 宾 包 括 拿 督 马 兴 中， 董 事 主 席 叶 侨 进 BKM 先 生， 家 协 主 席 马 兴 华 BKM 先 生。 除 此 以 外， 尚 有 不 少 的 董 家 协 理 事 到 来 表 示 支 持 和 关 心。 校 方 恳 切 的 向 大 家 致 谢， 并 祝 大 家“ 新 年 快 乐！
SMJK Sin Min held its registration of Form One new students on Firday, 31st December 2004.
Parents came as early as 7.00am.
Among the VIPs were Dato' Beh Heng Tiong, Mr. Yap Kew Chin, Mr. Beh Heng Hwa and many School Board and PIBG committee members.
