A historic Ground Breaking ceremony took place at the new building site of SMJK Sin Min at 9am on 22 February 2006.
Dato' Beh Heng Seong accompanied by Mr. Yap Kew Chin, BKM., Mr. Beh Heng Hwa, BKM. and members from the School Board and PTA were present during the ceremony.
