A total of 45 principals visited SMJK Sin Min on 9 April 2003 to have a first hand knowledge regarding the SMARTCARD project currently in use. They were led by three IAB (Jitra) lecturers, who were presented with a Smartcard each with their photos and particulars in them. Their visit lasted about two hours.
