Sin Min Carnival organised by the 119th Sea Scout was held at SMJK Sin Min on 24 February 2007
A total of 8 uniform units took part.
The Carnival began at 7.30am and ended at about 10.30 pm
The grand opening saw a Lion Dance and Dragon Dance performance by the students.
