The Red, Yellow and Black colours represent the colour of Sarawak flag. It symbolises the three main races in Sarawak. The three stripes of Yellow, Red and Black colour at the base of the badge symbolises physical and mental improvement toward high ahievement and strong beliefs. The triangle at the centre of the badge symbolises cooperation and unity. The wheel enclosing the badge represent the wheel of change which brings continuous development.
